This product is a series of mechanical construction tools assembling thread pieces and bolts, with an automatic control torque function. It is widely used in the bolt welding structure erection, installation of workshop, bridge and the tower of the chemical, metallurgical, power generation equipment. Used in the occasions with strict request of large machinery, lifting equipment & vehicles, assembling operation of thread fasteners of torque and axial tensile force.
This series of products are made up of two parts--the main engine and the controller. The main engine is made by double insulated single-phase series wound motor and gear box, new structure, small size, light weight, safe and reliable. As a result of the structure of static torque, smooth running, no vibration, shock, noise, the operator is not anti-torque effect, and thus low labor intensity.
