HR1B series twist shear electric wrench
Characteristic:
It can match with M16-M30 twist shear bolt from all venders, only need to change sleeve inside and outside. The machine which is made of special steel by peculiar heating treatment is endurable and no bounce when operation.
Change sleeve:
Loose two keepers outside the wrench and take outside sleeve, inside sleeve and spring out.
Firstly, assemble the spring of inside sleeve and replaced sleeve. Secondly, assemble relative outside sleeve. Then connect boss of head-housing and pit of outside sleeve. Finally, tighten up the two keepers.
Usage:
Plug inside sleeve into wabbler at the end of bolt, meanwhile push wrench forward, inside sleeve falls back to make sure that nut is surrounded by outside sleeve. If not, please move wrench and push forward.
Switch on the wrench and make it rotate.
Twist off the wabbler, fastening process is finished. Meanwhile pull the trigger and then pop the wabbler.
Check and maintain:
Check power line at regular intervals. Please replace if the power line is broken or disconnected.
Check if all screws are loose or not before using. If loose, please fasten in time and check whether the voice is normal. If abnormal, check and maintain in time.
Keep clean between inside and outside sleeve, avoid impurity.
After using, clean the machine and place in dry.
